Need to reuse the User drop down and version drop down

I cannot find out how to create multiple user drop downs to add to the project or multiple version drop downs.
I cannot be the only person who needs this.
I want a user drop down list for:
1) The Assigned person
2) The Developer
3) the verification person
4) the team lead
I would like to reuse the same drop down list for all.
ALSO
I would like to see a "Found in Version" drop down with the version list and the Target Version drop down that I have already.
Finding the answers has eluded me.
