After I try to install by myself I've get next error

get a bitnami stack and run it. Not tested but it should work because binami allow install on non-root user.

Well, it is 99.9% that the problem is old version of Ruby. The fact is shared hosting is not specialised on Redmine, so I would recommend using Redmine dedicated hosting with maintenance and support. Bitnami is also a good way to get started if you don't plan to use extra plugins or GIT integration and other custom things and integrations.
