Integrity check for links

We need no know if there is some kind of referential integrity check e.g when trying remove an attachment which is linked via a wiki marco in an issue, wiki site somewhere.
If not, that would mean all links to that attachment will raise 404?
If yes, what does happen then?
In a wiki site if i remove a parent an dialog appars i have to choose a new parent or root. But if i remove a wiki site which is linked via wiki macro, is there an check also?
I i link an issue via wiki marco instead of "issue relations field" somewhere, what happens i delete this issue. Will there be an dialog to notify about this relation?
