Admin can not change issue status

I wanted to close some issues, and I'm actually using the admin account. I have checked the Role and Permissions that I have the permission, and I also checked the Workflow (although leave it unmodified). However, when I click "update"->"change properties" ->"More", the status field of the issue is not editable.

How should I close an issue??
