Redmine

Hi,

i use redmine latest version 1.21 in Hebrew , also in the install i selected Hebrew as the primary lang , however when i write Hebrew and english the words are getting scrubbed and it's not understandable please see example

"יש להוסיף אפשרות בממשק הadmin ברמת עסקה, גביית דמי משלוח."
the English word admin , has caused the Hebrew word to jump :-)

it seems that redmine hasn't have full RTL support, am i mistaken ? could it be an configuration error?
