Redmine as win service? Mongrel or something else?

i used mongrel, but i heard mogrel is not most up to date gem, so.. is there anything i can use to have redmine as windows service?

i'm using win 2008 r2 and currently can't start redmine using "ruby script/server webrick -e production"

ruby: No such file or directory -- script/server (LoadError)
