How to use Bundler.

Sorry to trouble you. The redmine has update to version 1.4. Redmine uses Bundler to manage gems dependencies. I have download it from the website and install it successfully. Then run the command 'bundle install --without development test'. But I got the message below:
Fetching gem metadata from http://rubygems.org/.
Error Bundler::HTTPError during request to dependency API
Fetching full source index from http://rubygems.org/
Could not reach http://rubygems.org/
My company uses the proxy to access internet, I think it's the reason.
How could I do, someone can help me? Thanks!

May be it is internet access problem.
