Is it possible to install Redmine v2.1.4 with Rails v3.2.6 ?

I'm not a Ruby/Rails user but Redmine is a very interesting application.
I want to install it on Ubuntu 12.10. This Ubuntu version doesn't meet
requirements to Rails v3.2.8. It has Rails v3.2.6. Is this a
insurmountable requirement ? Is it possible to install Redmine v2.1.4
with Rails v3.2.6 ?
