Redmine is not starts

Please help with this http://www.redmine.org/issues/12998

index-page show me:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

And .....:3000 test shows "Welcome..." -page, which are not changing to Redmine.

I don't know what to do...

Anybody help, please.

It's an web server (Apache ?) configuration issue.

And .....:3000 test shows "Welcome..." -page, which are not changing to Redmine.

Sorry I don't understand but I'm pretty sure you changed the configuration?
