Having multiple permissions for one project

Is it possible to change the permissions for one project? So for example I want members of the project to be able to view the code but standard users can only see the bugs and forums. Is this possible? Thanks!

(I didn't include things like ruby version because I thought it wasn't relevant but I can if required)
