Redmine

Hi

I am using Redmine for a long time, and I like it very much.
I am having a trouble which I can't explain.
I am using redmine on centos 6 on a VM with a mysql database ( percona 5.5) on a dedicated mysql server.

I have a lot of project including one used for the helpdesk.

1- This project has 350 Reporter and 10 Manager.
2- When working on a issues, creating, updating, closing can take up to 8 seconds.
3- I set the log level to DEBUG to see what is done. I can see that there is SQL request for each users (manager + reporter) ( cf file request.txt)
4- I removed all the 350 reporter from the project and creating, updating, closing issues take less than one seconds.

Have you ever had this kind of problems? Perhaps, I have made a configuration mistake.
