Virtualmin GPL and Redmine

Hello all. I have been a Redmine user for a while now and was able to get it running on my cPanel server. Now, I have changed servers and decided to run Virtualmin. Now, my problem is that I cannot get Ruby or Redmine to work. I have tried every tutorial I could find, but nothing works. All I have now is the database that all the Redmine stuff is stored in.
Does anyone know how I can get Ruby and Redmine (any version - I can import the database) working with Virtualmin GPL (1.740) on CentOS 7?
This would be much appreciated. I would hate to have to move away from Redmine. Thank you in advance.
