Redmine

Hello,

First post here... I've searched the forums, the net and looked through the FAQs and the HOWTOs, so I do apologise if this question hs been asked and answered before..I couldn't find it.

I'm basically looking for a way to allow a reporter level user to change the "tracker" of an issue.
I've been through the workflow configuration options and couldn't find this option.

Could anyone point me in the right direction ?
