I swear I search a lot on google and here for this question, but I didn't find anything. Maybe my english is not good enought and I express myself badly ?

Here is the thing :
I want to know if it's possible to create a custom field of Users, but not "all users attached to the Project", but "only Developers users attached to the Project". What do you think ?

It could be very usefull to me : in my project, I have a custom field "Test", to test any devlopment task. But I don't want in the user list ALL users, I just want the one which have the role Developer (Reports users for instance can't test it)

Did you guys know what I'm looking for ?
Is that justifable to create an issue ?
