Redmine

I feel really dumb, but I've been trying to follow the instructions on how to change the child/parent relationship between pages and they direct me to click on the 'rename' link on the child page. The only links I see on my page are Edit, Watch, Lock, and History in the upper right. Is this a permissions issue or am I just looking in the wrong place? Any help greatly appreciated.
