Redmine

Hello,

I've upgraded Redmine from 1.3.2 in Windows with MySQL DB to 3.0.2 in Ubuntu with SQLserver.
All works well but sometimes when a person creates a new issue, this takes the same id of another issue then I receive the e-mail that notify me a new issue is created but isn't true because with that id exist another issue.
I tried to check the log of Redmine and there's nothing about the new issue.
