LDAP Authentication Issue

Hi,
Kindly assist on how to set the Base DN. If I only use as OU=MyUsers,DC=MyDomain,DC=corp users can login successfully however I only want a specific users in a Security Group to login. When I key in DN below, authentication fails. JXplorer shows the distinguishedName below is correct.
CN=Redmine-Users,OU=Servers ACL,OU=Security Groups,OU=MyUsers,DC=MyDomain,DC=corp
