Internal Server Error issue and The Connection was reset issue

Hi,
We have installed Redmine with the following environment.
Environment:
Redmine version 3.0.1.stable
Ruby version 2.0.0-p643 (2015-02-25) [i686-linux]
Rails version 4.2.0
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2
SCM:
Cvs 1.12.12
Filesystem
Redmine plugins:
no plugin installed
The installation is successful, we can access to Redmine.
However we often encounter Internal Server Error issue and The connection was reset issue.
Is there any setting that need to be configured?
Please advise.
