Timesheet Plugin on Redmine 3.1.1 - Internal Error during generating CSV

I have upgraded Redmine to stable version 3.1.1. I have also installed Timesheet plugin in version 0.7.0. My problem is that now it's impossible to generate csv report. When I click on CSV I get Internal Error (screen in attachment). I don't have that problem on Redmine 2.5. Below, I have pasted URI which was generated after clicked on CSV button:

I don't see any information in logs: Redmine logs are empty, web server "ngnix" also doesn't have any information about that error.
