500 Error after import / Installation on Wheezy

Hello
I had to move my redmine to another Server
Both are Debian with Postgres as Database
from Jessie to Wheezy from 9.4 to 9.1
After the installation I tried to acces the redmine,
I can login with my old account and can see my old tickets/issue
but I cannot look at /create a ticket
Then I get Error 500
What should I do ?
