How-to Migrate Redmine from version 1.0.1 on Linux to Redmine current version on Windows

Dear all,

I'm currently working on the merge of IT infrastructure of 2 merged companies.

In that process, I "received" a Redmine Server (V. 1.0.1) on Linux. But target infrastructure is Windows-Based, and I need to proceed to a migration.

I don't know Redmine and my Linux expertise is limited... but I'm the only IT guy :-).

My question is : what is the migration path that you suggest for me (at macro level - just main stages) ?
