Redmine

I know there are already a couple posts about this and I have gone through them to no avail. Our IT guy just left who previously installed these things and left no real instructions.

I am attempting to install the redmine_mentions plugin (https://github.com/arkhitech/redmine_mentions/issues).

I was able to download from the git repository with no problem.

I ran a rake just to make sure (it did not appear to need migrations).

I have permissions set to 777.

I can see it in my directory for plugins.

I have stopped (using etc.... stop command) and then restarted using (etc.... start command)

However the plug in does not show up when I go to the administration section.

The previous plug ins all appear (they are in the screen shot (common libraries, agile, checklists, knowledgebase, monitoring/controlling, oauth provider, reminder and zen edit) all work but were installed previously.

I am using Redmine version 2.5, the other details are in the admin section screen shot.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
