Moving entire Redmine installation from Windows 2003 to Windows 2008 servers

Hello,
We have a working Redmine Issue tracker installed on Windows 2003 server. It uses mysql db for storing data.
Entire installation (Apache, Redmine, Ruby, Mysql etc.) is under one directory in source system.
We have to move this installation to new Windows 2008 server.
I tried installing the latest version of Redmine on destination Windows 2008 server using Bitnami package and then importing the Mysqldump there. The DB import went fine without any errors. At this point, I was expecting the new system to work and accept admin and other logins. But new system does not recognize any of the logins.
Not sure if I missed something.
Is it possible to move entire directory to destination server (instead of backup/restore) and start Redmine process there? Will that work ?
Where can I find direction/steps to move this install to new machine ?
