J_Chat Plugin is not working

I have Installed Redmine Latest Version i.e. Redmine 3.1.X, I need to Implement Chat Plugins There!!! But the plugins are not working there. Can anybody Help me related the Issue? Or Improve the Compatibility of the Plugin. Implement it for the Redmine Latest Version also else Tell the Alternative Way to Implement the Chat to Redmine.
