accessing redmine on domain alias instead of public IP (hosted on google cloud)

Hi everyone,
I'm totally new with Redmine and im still learning how to configure some other stuff. I'm running a pre-installed Redmine on googlecloud vm. Currently I can only access the application via public IP (http://102.153.22.64) assigned when I provision the system on google cloud. I want to access the url some name (http://issue-tracking.xxxx) instead of IP's. Can any body guide me how my requirements will be done?
