Problem to migrate to a synology (v1 -> v3)

Hi,
First of all, sorry for my english. I'm french, I'll try to do my best.
I would like to install Redmine on my synology (1512+). I installed, thanks to Docker, redmine 3.
I have a older redmine on a dedicated server in version 1.0.
I dumped the MariaDB database and I put it on my Synology. I copied the "files" folder. Now, I would like to update the database but commands "exec bundle [...]" or "rake [...]" are not recognized.
Can you tell me how I can do?
