Query to get custom fields associated to users

Hi. I cannot find the realtaion between the user table and the custom fields table at the data base
More specifically, i have to develop a query on MySql to get the user name and the custom fields associated to.
About the proyect custom fields, there was no problem to get them. But with users one, i'm a bit stacked...
