urgent hardware requirement help

We want to migrate to redmine System. We need to create 3 instancess for different clients. the database size about 28GB. Does any suggestion for hardware requirement.
OS: Centos
-CPU Core or model
-How much RAM is required
-Processor speed
-Hard drive space minimum
