Redmine Hang and slow in Admin user

Hi
i have Redmine server with below specification :
Redmine version 3.3.0.stable
Ruby version 2.3.1-p112 (2016-04-26) [x86_64-linux]
Rails version 4.2.6
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2
in admin user or user that access to create project, when click on setting section of each project or section that assign member to project or group have a very slowly speed.
i do below task but not have any good feedback :
1. change log type from debug mode to only error mode.
2. disable "Email notification" for admin user.
