No access to redmine interface, error "We're sorry, but something went wrong."

Hi,
I install redmine in a debian 8 but when I want to access to the web page, I have the error "We're sorry, but something went wrong." and in the apache error.log file there is some error.
(I can access to redmine by $IP:3000 when I launch webrick)
