Problems About Loading Issues Page After Adding Over One Thousand Users

Hi,
I have a problem about loading issue page after adding over one thousand users to db when I'm using the redmine project. This problem did NOT happen before I add those users and I have NOT modified any code of the redmine project.
Does anyone have any ideas about how to solve this problem and why this problem happens?
Please kindly share your points with me.
