How to send notification to multi user?

Hi everyone
So i installed redmine 3.3.3 on my centOS 6.9 on EC2 AWS
In redmine, i have 2 user now
admin with admin123@gmail.com
customer with customer@customer-domain.com
I configured Email notification for both as "For any event on all my projects".
But when i create project or issue, i don't get any notification
Later, i changed Administration -> Setting -> Email notification and put admin123@gmail.com
And everytime i create new project, i can get notification on admin123@gmail.com 's mailbox.
But that's it. I still can't get notification with that customer email.
Anyone know how to handle this.?
