Hi fellow redminers,

We have a simple ticket workflow with

1. open
2. testing
3. closed

and force our users by a written convention to assign a ticket to somebody else for testing.
The reason we are doing this is, because we want an independent view if the issue has really been resolved.

What is the best way to force a user to assign the ticket to somebody else (with the same role) for testing?
