Redmine

Hello,

I am searching a kind of Helpdesk tool and I am evaluating, if I could use Redmine for it.

What I need:

• user should be able to open a request via front end or email. If just email, it would work too (I can use a contact form in wordpress)
• email should be encrypted via pgp. I tried the openpgp plugin, but it is not working. Is there something better? Btw. Request tracker search the public key from a key server. Could we add this to redmine too?

Any suggestion?
