when I upload picture as attachment then get error 500

when i upload more than one Picture as attachement .and picture size more than 1MB.
I will get error 500 and ,app crash ,I need restart WAMPSERVER .
Environment:
Redmine version 2.5.0.stable
Ruby version 2.0.0-p353 (2013-11-22) [i386-mingw32]
Rails version 3.2.17
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2
