install release 4 - bundle exec rails server webrick -e production working but not "in real"

Hi everybody

I tried to install 4.0 on debian, i followed every step,

at the end, after :

bundle exec rails server webrick -e production

i tried the IP:3000 and it is working !!!

but in real, it is not and i can t understand why, this is here : https://testredmine2.6tem9-dev.com

I should have miss something, do you have any idea, i figure that is passenger, but on this server there are 2 others redmines (v3.3) working correctly, and i don't want to do a mistake.

do you have any clue ?
