Redmine and Subversion Edge on Windows

Hi,
Is there a complete solution to link Subversion Repositories and Redmine project members ?
Means that only members of a project on Redmine can access to the repository on SVN.
I know there is a tuto for unix/linux but nothing for Windows Server...
