Can the project time be automatically extended backward

for example,
I create a new project.It's start and end time between 2019/02/23 and 2019/03/23,but in the mean time I have a urgent task.this task needs two days.so I hope my project time automatically backward two days
please look this attachment.It's my redmine's information.Can you tell me this version have the function?
