How to access Redmine through passenger

I am accessing redmine through webrick.However i would like to switch to passenger....
what are the required steps?
i have installed passenger: gem install passenger.
i am using Rails 4.2.10 ruby 2.5.0 Redmine 3.4 on RHEL7.4
