Send single notification email to all mail recipients

Hi,
Recently we upgraded our Redmine to version 4.1.
We are using GSuite account as stmp relay. After upgrade we noticed that we are hiting daily send limit on Google. After some research, we found this post:

which says that from version 4.0, Redmine is sending separate email to each recipient for each notification event (new ticket, ticket change, etc.).
Is there a way to configure our Redmine to send email notifications like it did before upgrade, one email per notification event too all recipients?
