Changing “#” to "ID" on Issues

Hello,
Currently any issue registered have a number assigned automatically, starting from 1 to ... i don't know, many numbers.
I'd like to see if this can be changed to ID which is a 8 digit number with a character in front.
Such as:
P0000001
P0000002
P0000003
and so on.
Any information on how to do the above, I would appreciate it.
I am not familiar with web programming, so currently trying to install Ruby & Rails.
The Redmine version is 4.0.4.
Ruby version: 2.6.6
Rails version: 6.0.3
