Issue shows as striked-through when marked as closed

Since upgrading to Redmine version 4.1.1.stable I have noticed that when I run reports issues which are closed now have a striked-through the issue number. Which makes it hard to see.

If the issue is open, in progress then the striked-through does not happen, see attached
