Redmine

Hi all,

I am having redmine version 4.1.1 on ubuntu 18.04/nginx freshly upgraded from version 3.4.x

On project page (example.com/projects) on the first tab with Projects it shows available options - Filters and Settings - before the list of projects itself. These Filters can be collapsed, so they are nearly hidden.I beleive that it was not present at 3.4 version, but nevermind.

Is there a way to hide those settings by default?
