Redmine

Hello,
I've worked once with a redmine app where I had a button in UI like "incognito mode": while activating this I could work in redmine and was sure none of my updates will be sent per email to assignees or watchers. I'm not sure if it was a plugin or one of the settings in the older redmine versions.
I would appreciate if anyone could give me a hint.
