make the field Time Tracking mandatory

Hello everybody,

I use the module Time Tracking and it works well.

The problem is that people regularly forget to fill in this field...

Would it be possible to force the input of this information? The "spent time" does not appear in the menu Administration > Workflow > Fields permissions.

The goal is simply to have a reminder to fill the time spent on an issue.

Agreed, I like the simplicity of the Time Tracking module, but also have trouble getting my teams to remember to use it.
