Professional Help for Redmine (+Plugins) wanted

Hi.
My name is Rainer and I am a Linux Systemadmin in the IT department of the University
Konstanz Germany.
We are using Redmine since many years. Now we are looking for a professional customer
support (company including a service contract if possible).
