Can't access my project on Redmine 4.1.1

Hello,

I'm actually trying to change my Redmine from 3.3.0 to 4.1.1. It's my first time with Redmine (I'm not the one who installed the 3.3 version).
To do that I created a new VM (on a different OS, centos 8, first one didn't use GUI). I made an export of my original database and imported it on my new VM.
Everything went fine I could access my Redmine and my database:
-ruby 2.5.5
-database in mysql
-server in Apache

The problem is that this error appears when i try to access projects (and just projects, everything lese seems to work) on my Redmine :

Internal error

An error occurred on the page you were trying to access.
If you continue to experience problems please contact your Redmine administrator for assistance.

If you are the Redmine administrator, check your log files for details about the error.

I originally though it could come from my database's export but it doesn't seem to be the case.

I don't really upgrade my Redmine. I create a new Redmine and just import the database from my previous Redmine.

I don't import anything from my previous Redmine (should i ?).

If you import the database you made an upgrade ;)

Look specially at step 4
... bundle exec rake db:migrate RAILS_ENV=production ...

Indeed it was the bundle exec.
