Unable to sign in using admin account on fresh Docker install (Portainer App Templates)

Hello, I'm relatively new to Docker/Portainer and not a coder.
I run Portainer in Docker (Raspberry Pi 4, Open Media Vault). I needed a project management software and noticed Redmine in the Portainer App Templates. I installed successfully and accessed the self-hosted site. However, when I try to log in to the admin account using username: admin and password: admin, I get an invalid user or password message. Is there another user/password combination I should be using? Thank you for the help!
