Fields permissions highlighted

I seted permissions workflow, for three kind of users: Proyect Leader, Developer and Reporter. Besides, I created 5 custom fields for issues tickets, and after that, set Fields permissions for all roles to required for "Client", "Diagnostic" and "Module" but doesn´t work (see FieldPermissions.jpg).

In case of Description field, the "required" it´s works. The only difference between "Description" field setting and customs fields setting is the red highlight. I don´t know whats mean and how can I fix the problem.

Could somebody help me? Thank you.

Environment - Bitnami Redmine Stack:
Redmine version 4.0.5.stable
Ruby version 2.5.7-p206 (2019-10-01) [x64-mingw32]
Rails version 5.2.3
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2
Mailer queue ActiveJob::QueueAdapters::AsyncAdapter
Mailer delivery smtp
