Email reminder not sent for the new projects

Hi I have multiple projects on my Redmine which are working fine
All the notifications Emails are working and reminders after 24 hours as well
Now the issue when I add new projects/trackers the notifications are working but the 24hrs reminders are not working
Redmine V 3.4.4
